I run my web design business under the moniker Craft and Function. It's a blessing to be able to make a living doing something that I genuinely enjoy. I love the process of creating a website! I’m a problem solver.

I strive to craft an awesome user experience with a fine mix of CSS, HTML & Javascript. I'm a firm believer in keeping things simple and lightweight—only adding complexity when it's needed. I'm a fan of Eleventy for simple front-end websites. I'll reach for SilverStripe or Drupal when a CMS is called for.

I've worked in design/development in some form or another since 2003. So I'm either experienced, or old, your choice how to view that. When I'm not thinking about nerdy things like reusable code, and user interfaces I can usually be found spending time with my awesome family, watching the Red Sox, and partaking of unhealthy foods. Oh, I also drink coffee — lots of coffee.
